On the 1st of July 2019 the tenancy fee Bill will be made into law and will see the end of tenancy arrangement fees and therefore on that day Sirus will work comply with the new legislation.
We want our tenants to receive a high level of accommodation using a principled approach.
But until the law comes into affect, the following charges and condition shall apply.
Tenancy Application Fees.
The cost to cover the application of a tenancy is £75.00 per tenancy.
Joint Tenancy application Fee £125.00
Check in Fee £25.00
Check out fee £25.00
This cost covers searches and cost of creating a tenancy agreement.
Room Holding deposits
You can place a holding deposit on a room you wish to apply for a tenancy on, this shall be no less than 50% of a months rent.
Once the Tenancy has been started, the room holding deposit shall be taken off the first months rent.
